C10003: Construction Management
In order to actively deal with the rapidly changing construction environment of the construction market globalization, subject such as policies and systems, construction informational systems, management and education of the construction human resources, environmental and security management, and subcontractor professionalism and advancement are going through in-depth research and discussion.

 

C10103: Thesis Writing
The cultivation of writing and documenting abilities based on rhetoric and logic is encouraged. This is because such operational abilities are a constant necessity throughout the entire international construction project.

 

C11055: Performance Assessment and Benchmarking for Construction Projects
This course is designed to introduce students to performance assessment and benchmarking for construction projects. It covers a wide variety of topics, including various metrics measuring construction project performance and factors influencing the performance. This course also covers benchmarking technique and how it is applied for construction projects.

BCN 4703: Management of Construction Projects
This course provides organization and management theory elements of leadership and human supervision, organization, office operations, labor relations, safety, and work improvement, as they relate to project field operations.
  
BCN 5618: Fundamentals of Construction Estimating
This course discusses principles and practices of estimating, providing application and drill in surveying quantities of labor and materials for general construction projects. The course will cover excavation, concrete and formwork, carpentry, masonry, metals, finishes, and others.
