About Cheongju
Cheongju is an inland city located 128km from southeast of Seoul. The entrance into Cheongju is through the Cheongju Interchange, which is 119.6km away from Seoul. Mt. Uam covers the city and Musimcheon river passes through its center downtown. It is known as the "city of education and culture." It is a center of politics, economics, education, culture and tourism as well as administration, with the provincial office of North Chungcheong Province located here. About Cheongju University Cheongju University is located near Downtown Cheongju. Once you arrived in Cheongju bus terminal, you can take a taxi (fare is approximately 5,000 Won) or you can catch a bus Line 500 or Line 513 to the University. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the University.

Cheongju International Airport has regular connections between Shanghai(Pudong) and Shenyang. Chinese participants can arrive Cheongju International Airport directly from Chinese major cities or via Incheon International Airport and take limousine bus to Cheongju bus terminal. There is regular bus connection between Incheon International Airport and Cheongju bus terminal in every 30 minute (fare is 19,000 Korean Won).

Even though Cheongju International Airport is in operation, there is no regular line between Cheongju and Japanese cities. Japanese participants are advised to go to the Incheon International Airport and take limousine bus to Cheongju bus terminal. There is regular bus connection between Incheon International Airport and Cheongju bus terminal in every 30 minute (fare is 19,000 Korean Won).
